Escape the pandemic!

Taylor, get ready for Preston Brust and Chris Lucas, otherwise known as LOCASH! They’ll be ridin’ into town next month. LOCASH (wsg Christ Bandi) will headline a country-themed concert on the July 10 fireworks’ night. Filter (wsg Sponge) will headline a rock concert on Friday, July 9. The concerts will be held inside the Sheridan Open Air Pavilion in Heritage Park. A carnival will be held all three days, with the featured fireworks presentation at dusk on Saturday, July 10. Presented by Recoil Firearms and Reliable Delivery, this year’s weekend marks a change from the traditional June dates. Save the date, and buy your tickets now!

LOCASH LOGOFormerly known as the LOCASH Cowboys, vocalists Lucas and Brust are natives of Baltimore, Maryland and Kokomo, Indiana, respectively. They have charted seven singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs or County Airplay listings, including “I Know Somebody,” which topped the Billboard Country Airplay charts in 2016. Accomplished song writers, the duo co-wrote Keith Urban’s No. 1 single “You Gonna Fly” and Tim McGraw’s “Truck Yeah.”

Filter was first formed in Cleveland in 1993 by singer Richard Patrick and guitarist Brian Liesegang. Patrick wanted to form him own band after touring with Nine Inch Nails. Filter’s debut album Short Bus, released in 1995, ended up going platinum, largely based on the single, “Hey Man Nice Shot.” Current members of the band include Patrick, Jonathon Radke, Bobby Miller and Greg Garman.
